Sports Massage

Sports Massage

I feel my body has worked — or is about to. Shoulders are heavy, legs a little stiff, and “relaxing” is not always enough. That is the feeling I built my Sports Massage session for.

Direct answer

What many do not know: sports massage, with me, is not a checklist on a protocol. It is 90 minutes to listen, observe, and let the session follow this body — sometimes with sustained pressure, sometimes with slower moments. I may integrate cupping, bamboo, hot oil or hot stones if I judge them relevant that day. Wellness framework only.

Why what you tried may not have been enough

  • A “relaxing” massage soothed the moment without reaching the tension that returns the next day.
  • You stretch, walk, take care of yourself — yet certain areas stay tight.
  • You confuse nervous fatigue and muscular fatigue: the body sometimes asks for more structured work.
  • After sport or a long day on your feet, you need to be met where it truly pulls.
  • You have little time in Cannes and want a generously planned session — not an hour that races by.

How the session unfolds

  1. Welcome and listening

I ask how you arrive: recent activity, areas that speak, what you expect — and what you do not want.

  2. Observation

Before I touch, I look and listen to the body. Nothing is automatic; the session will not mirror the last one.

  3. Personalised work

Adapted touch, variable pressure, sometimes tools (cupping, bamboo, hot oil, stones) if I find them useful — never by default.

  4. Return to calm

I leave time to settle. The session lasts 90 minutes — planned generously, without watching the clock.

Who this session is for

  • Active bodies

Running, tennis, golf, sea, walks on La Croisette — before or after effort, according to how you feel.

  • Demanding routines

Business travel, long days, work posture — without confusing this with medical care.

  • People who want clarity

You prefer to know what I do rather than book a vague word on a catalogue.

  • Explicit wellness framework

No diagnosis, no performance promises. Body comfort and professional listening.

90 minutes · €350 in my private space. Travel follows its own price grid by zone and duration — see Prices. Fixed duration, planned so I do not rush — nor you.

Is this medical or physiotherapy care?

No. Wellness massage. I do not replace a doctor or a physiotherapist.

Can I ask for cupping or bamboo?

You may mention it; I decide, after listening, whether to integrate a technique. See Cupping, Bamboo, Hot oil, Hot stones pages.

Do I need to have done sport?

No. “Sports” describes the approach — structured, for a solicited body — not an athlete certificate.
