Bamboo: when and why I integrate it into a session

Bamboo helps me sustain deep, even pressure on certain areas. It is not a speciality I sell separately: it is a tool I select during the session.

What bamboo work is

Bamboo canes of varied sizes allow broad, sustained pressure. The hand alone does not always achieve the same constancy on certain areas.

I do not position myself as a bamboo-therapy specialist. I use bamboo as a tool, especially when the body asks for directed pressure.

What it can bring to the body

Without promising a result, bamboo can accompany deep pressure and ample movements on the areas concerned.

The sensation depends on your state that day and how I adapt the pressure. Nothing is automatic.

When I may integrate it

I may integrate bamboo especially in a Sports Massage session, when sustained pressure seems useful after listening and observation.

It may also find a place in other session contexts if the body asks for it. You do not choose it from a catalogue.

Contraindications and precautions

Tell me what matters for your comfort: sensitive areas, history, ongoing treatments. I adapt or set the tool aside when needed.

Within a wellness framework, I never apply a technique without need. If bamboo is not relevant, I work another way.

In summary

This is not a separate treatment. It is one of the tools I may integrate into your session, if I judge it appropriate after listening to and observing you. You do not have to choose: that is my work.
