How the session goes
Before we start
I check that deep pressure suits you that day, then settle you on the table, under the bars.
Weight, little by little
I hold the bars and lower my weight gradually. The pressure is intense, but it arrives slowly, gliding, and the body welcomes it instead of resisting.
Feet, then hands
The large muscle groups, back, legs and shoulders, are worked with the feet. The more delicate areas are worked by hand.
The end
The session ends slowly. You stay lying down for a few minutes before getting up.

A method of massage with the feet that replaces the overhead bars with a fabric strap fixed to the table. It allows the same deep, even pressure anywhere a table can be set up.
Are there contraindications?
Yes, as with any deep pressure: pregnancy, osteoporosis, recent surgery, circulatory conditions, among others. We talk about it before the session, and I abstain if in doubt.
Is it a medical treatment?
No. It is a wellness massage. I do not replace a doctor or a physiotherapist.
