Booking and payment
Sessions are by appointment only. Every request is confirmed by me, and a slot is reserved only once payment has been received.
Session in my private space: €50 deposit, deducted from the price of the session.
Session for two: €350 deposit, deducted from the total.
Travel to a hotel, home, villa or yacht: full payment before travel, from €550.
For requests received by WhatsApp, a secure payment link is sent to you.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling free of charge up to 48 hours before the session, with a full refund.
Less than 48 hours before the session, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit is retained.
Late arrival
A 15 minute allowance is given. Beyond that, late arrival is deducted from the session time so that the following appointments are respected. The finishing time and the price remain unchanged.
The nature of my practice
My practice is strictly wellbeing massage. It is not medical, not physiotherapy, and not sexual.
Any request, remark or behaviour of a sexual, ambiguous or disrespectful nature will end the session immediately, with no refund, and may result in a permanent refusal of further appointments as well as a formal complaint.
I may also decline or interrupt a session in the case of intoxication, of failure to respect the conditions of welcome, or of any situation in which I do not consider that I can work safely.
This applies to conduct alone and is never based on any characteristic protected by law.
Health
Before your first session you will be asked to complete a short health questionnaire.
Some situations call for the work to be adapted, or for prior medical advice. In that case the session is adjusted or postponed, never refused on those grounds.
You agree to tell me of any change in your health before a later session.
Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen day right of withdrawal does not apply to services provided on a set date. By confirming your booking you expressly waive this right.
Personal data
The data collected is used solely to manage appointments and to follow up on sessions. Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete it. See the privacy policy.
Applicable law
These conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
