Hot stones: when and why I integrate them into a session

Hot stones bring localised warmth. They are not a separate treatment: I may integrate them into your session if they suit your body that day.

What hot stones are in my practice

Stones prepared to a comfortable warmth may be placed or used in support during manual work.

They remain one tool among others. The session you book is Sports Massage or Lymphatic Drainage.

What they can bring to the body

Without promising a result, warmth can accompany a sense of comfort and prepare certain areas for touch.

The experience depends on your state that day. I do not announce miracles or clinical outcomes.

When I may integrate them

I may consider hot stones when warmth seems useful after listening to and observing you.

They may accompany a sports or drainage session, depending on context — never as a product to tick.

Contraindications and precautions

Tell me about your relationship with heat, any sensitivity and any health point that matters for your safety in a wellness setting.

If the stones are not suitable, I continue without them. You do not have to choose this tool for me.

In summary

This is not a separate treatment. It is one of the tools I may integrate into your session, if I judge it appropriate after listening to and observing you. You do not have to choose: that is my work.
